Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exceed customer expectations by using effective sales techniques.
  • Follow stock loss controls in the store.
  • Meet individual sales targets consistently.
  • Maximize sales by finding opportunities to increase turnover.
  • Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to boost sales.
  • Create an inspiring shopping environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 months of retail experience
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Clear criminal record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computers
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of current clothing trends and outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand)
