Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by being visible in the store and understanding customer needs related to health and supplements.
• Consult with customers and recommend appropriate healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
• Boost healthcare sales to meet targets by promoting various brands and using cross-selling and upselling techniques to improve profits.
• Ensure stock is always available in the healthcare aisles by following stock management rules and procedures.
• Reduce waste in your area by applying stock rotation practices.
• Prevent stock losses by following all risk management policies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the store to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Help with product merchandising by following the store’s guidelines.
• Follow all store operating procedures.
• Support ongoing service by developing your skills, gaining product knowledge, and sharing information with team members.

Minimum Requirements

Job Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplement products.
• Basic understanding of retail operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.

Job-Related Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Strong selling skills.
• Merchandising abilities.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).

Job Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with sports nutrition and vitamin products.
• Sales experience and customer service training.

Education:

• Matric certificate (50% in pure or literal subjects).
• English at 50% level.
• Pass in Life Sciences or Physics.
• Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification (preferred).
