General Worker Crate Washer Jobs

Purpose of the Job:

• Execute full and on-time daily targets in the Production department and the bulk plan. Ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised.

Qualification Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

• Related production experience is advantageous
• Logical thinker

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high-quality standard in the department
• Keep high housekeeping standards at all times
• Adhere to all company rules and procedures
• Ensure optimal efficiencies
• Perform planned maintenance on assigned assets
• Handle administration and record control
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and housekeeping
• Uphold food safety, health, and safety standards

Other Requirements:

• Pressurized work environment
• 6-day work week
• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per shift roster
• May work on a rotating 12-hour shift, including nights
