Our client is looking for a Transport Admin Assistant and Coordinator to join their team in Mobeni, Durban.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 3 years’ experience in warehousing, transport, or a related field
- Willing to supervise loading at the port
- Open to working extra hours on weekdays or weekends when needed
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CargoWise
Key Responsibilities:
- Update client statuses using CargoWise
- Handle loading rates and transport bookings by phone
- Make follow-up calls to clients, internal teams, and transporters
- Manage general administrative tasks
- Coordinate cargo loading and transport logistics smoothly
