Our client is looking for a Transport Admin Assistant and Coordinator to join their team in Mobeni, Durban.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 3 years’ experience in warehousing, transport, or a related field
  • Willing to supervise loading at the port
  • Open to working extra hours on weekdays or weekends when needed
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CargoWise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update client statuses using CargoWise
  • Handle loading rates and transport bookings by phone
  • Make follow-up calls to clients, internal teams, and transporters
  • Manage general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate cargo loading and transport logistics smoothly
