Job Description

A mining company in Mpumalanga is seeking an experienced General Manager 4.1a.

Duties:

  • Handle the legal responsibilities of the 4.1a role.
  • Meet production goals and ensure targets for safety, health, and the environment.
  • Set up and maintain systems to protect the health and safety of all employees and contractors.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering.
  • Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous).
  • At least 10 years of experience in hard rock mining, including 3 years as a Mine Manager.
