Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented admin assistant to help our retail branch run smoothly. You will handle all administrative tasks, ensure processes are efficient, keep records accurate, and support the team in focusing on customers.
What You Will Bring
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Experience in administration (retail or agricultural background is a plus)
- Good skills in numbers and proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Motivation to improve systems and processes
What You Will Do
- Manage branch administration to keep it accurate, efficient, and compliant
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Handle banking, petty cash, and financial documents
- Process goods received vouchers and manage invoices
- Take responsibility for stock claims and related paperwork
- Ensure compliance to minimize risks
- Provide friendly and professional service to colleagues and customers
- Support general admin tasks to keep the branch running well
