Introduction

Job Description

Key Objectives:

• Carry out all point-of-sale tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Scan items accurately, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide top-notch service by being friendly, professional, and representing the brand well.
• Keep the store merchandised and clean according to company standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
• Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required:

• Basic math skills.
• Background in retail or fast-moving consumer goods, including merchandising and promotions.
• Understanding of stock management.
• Knowledge of great customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

Education:

• Grade 12 required.
• Prefer 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level.
