Introduction

This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, handling point-of-sale operations, and maintaining store merchandising to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately, such as scanning items, processing payments, and applying club card rewards.
  • Manage cash safely and securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks club card actively and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
  • Inform customers about current promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Act as a brand representative by being approachable, friendly, and professional to deliver top-notch service.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping duties to keep the store neat and aligned with visual standards.
  • Support the company’s goal of being the top choice for health and beauty shopping by upholding company values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Required Knowledge

  • Basic math skills for calculations.
  • Understanding of retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including merchandising and promotions.
  • Knowledge of stock management processes.
  • Skills in delivering excellent customer service.
