Introduction

This role involves providing pharmaceutical care services within your scope of practice and handling daily dispensary tasks according to the company’s standard operating procedures.

Job Objectives

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and care.
  • Manage efficient stock control and administration, including repacking medicines.
  • Handle dispensary administration effectively.
  • Perform accurate compounding.
  • Offer general health advice.
  • Keep high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric with Mathematics (essential).
  • Meet the minimum requirements of the South African Pharmacy Council for Pharmacist Assistant levels (Qualified, Post Basic, and Learner Basic).

  • Knowledge of products in the health aisle and over-the-counter medicines.
  • Understanding of South African Pharmacy Council and relevant legal requirements.
