As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will ensure a great shopping experience for customers. You will support sales, and manage stock and cash carefully to keep the brand’s reputation high.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Control & Accuracy

  • Handle cash desk tasks quickly and make sure there are no errors in cash counts.
  • Follow daily cash checks and banking steps accurately.
  • Manage manual payments correctly when needed.

Stock Management & Organisation

  • Carry out daily stock tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Help with customer orders and make sure they are fulfilled on time.
  • Do weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom tidy.
  • Pair shoes properly to maintain good stock quality.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Provide a high-quality shopping experience with good knowledge of products.
  • Build good relationships with customers through personal service.
  • Maintain the brand’s luxury image with professional and positive attitude.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (required)
  • 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail is a plus)
  • A real interest in high-end fashion, footwear, and working with customers
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and busy periods

Additional Skills & Attributes:

  • Good with numbers and accurate in transactions
  • Able to meet deadlines while handling several tasks
  • Attention to detail to keep brand standards high
  • A team player who works well with others
  • Natural skill in building relationships and talking to customers
