As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will ensure a great shopping experience for customers. You will help with sales, manage stock and cash carefully, and support our brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Control & Accuracy

  • Work at the cash desk quickly and make sure there are no errors.
  • Follow daily cash checks and banking steps accurately.
  • Handle cash payments correctly when needed.

Stock Management & Organisation

  • Do daily stock tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Help with customer orders and make sure they are delivered on time.
  • Count stock every week and keep the storeroom tidy.
  • Pair shoes properly to keep stock in good condition.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Give customers a top-quality shopping experience with good knowledge of products.
  • Build good relationships with customers through personal service.
  • Act professionally and with energy to meet our luxury brand standards.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail is a plus)
  • A love for high-end fashion, footwear, and working with customers
  • Be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and busy times

Additional Skills & Attributes:

  • Good with numbers and accurate in handling money
  • Able to meet deadlines while handling several tasks
  • Pay attention to details to keep brand standards high
  • Work well in a team
  • Good at building relationships and talking to customers
