Introduction

This role focuses on delivering excellent service through efficient customer support, point-of-sale operations, and in-store merchandising to create a positive experience for customers.

Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • Handle all point-of-sale operations efficiently and on time.
  • Scan items accurately and process payments, including clubcard rewards.
  • Manage cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them “feel good and pay less.”
  • Provide top customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, staying visible, and offering friendly, professional support.
  • Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
  • Support the company’s vision to be the top choice for health and beauty by living its values.
  • Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Knowledge Required:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Retail or FMCG background, including merchandising and promotions.
  • Understanding of stock management.
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service.

Experience:
