Introduction

You will provide pharmaceutical care services within your scope of practice and handle day-to-day dispensary administration according to company Standard Operating Plans.

Job Objectives

• Maintain high standards of customer service and care.
• Manage efficient stock control and administration, including repacking medicines.
• Handle efficient dispensary administration.
• Perform accurate compounding.
• Offer general health advice.
• Keep high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.
• Meet ad hoc requirements as needed for operations.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric with Maths (essential).
• Meet the minimum requirements of the South African Pharmacy Council for Pharmacist Assistant levels (Qualified, Post Basic, and Learner Basic).

Skills, Abilities, and Job-Related Knowledge

• Knowledge of products in the health aisle and over-the-counter items.
• Understanding of South African Pharmacy Council and relevant legal requirements.
