Introduction

Job Description

Key Objectives:

• Handle all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately, including scanning items, processing payments, and applying club card rewards.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and manage cash securely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks club card actively and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide friendly, professional service as a brand representative to ensure customers feel valued.
• Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by embodying its values.
• Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• Preferred: Customer-facing role in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) operations

Education:

• Required: Grade 12
• Preferred: 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level
