Job Description
Key Objectives:
- Handle all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately, including scanning items, processing payments, and applying club card rewards.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions and manage cash securely at all times.
- Promote the Clicks club card actively and sign up new members to meet participation goals.
- Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
- Provide friendly, professional service as a brand representative to ensure customers feel valued.
- Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
- Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by embodying its values.
- Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.
