JOB DESCRIPTION
- Help with everyday tasks like plumbing, painting, welding, and plastering in the mill’s workshop.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 or NQF4
- Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans are a plus
- Comfortable working at heights
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Reliable and ready to work overtime when needed
- Clean criminal record
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the artisan in fixing issues to cut down on breakdowns and downtime, helping to save costs.
- Help with plumbing, painting, welding, and plastering maintenance tasks.
- Assist in filling out paperwork, checklists, and job cards.
- Follow all health and safety rules as set by the Flour Mills standards.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure high-quality service and products.
- Complete all training assigned by your manager.
