Main Purpose of the Job

To carry out a range of tasks related to food preparation, customer service in the front of house, and general support to ensure all health, safety, and food safety rules are followed.

Desirable Education and Experience

• Experience working in the hospitality industry is essential
• Matric is required
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• A qualification in Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts would be beneficial

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Basic knowledge of food preparation
• Good communication skills
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
• Passion for providing world-class service to clients and customers

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Perform various tasks related to food production
• Provide general support in both front and back of house areas
