What we’re looking for:

We need a skilled professional to manage the entire accounts payable function and days payable outstanding (DPO). This role involves ensuring timely payments to suppliers, resolving any supplier queries quickly, and making the best use of company cash flow. You will also train and develop your team to perform at their best.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the full accounts payable operations in line with company policies. This includes leading the creditors team, motivating them, and helping them grow professionally.
  • Handle smooth reconciliation processes. Make sure payments are calculated accurately and processed within agreed terms. Review audit trails regularly and maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role:

  • A three-year diploma or degree in Financial Accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

What we’re looking for:

The new PepsiCo Global Agriculture Office (GAO) is building a highly efficient, vertically integrated potato supply chain. The goal is to increase value across the function—from about $50 million per year now—to an additional $100 million by 2027 and $200 million by 2029. This will cover mature markets and high-growth, high-risk emerging markets.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Manage and run the Global Supply Working Group (GS WG) across sectors. Ensure the GAO has clear visibility and insights into global supply (like macro and global market dynamics) to help with medium- to long-term strategic planning for chipstock and potato seed across sectors. This includes:
    • Providing an accurate global crop year analysis and supply overview. Support sector and business unit (BU) teams in solving supply challenges and maintaining high service levels worldwide. Help with managing potato volume surpluses, shortfalls, and ad-hoc constraints. Explore import/export opportunities and communicate with stakeholders for the best cost, quality, and service solutions.
  2. Work with the GS WG to review supply and demand balances regularly (monthly, weekly, or as needed). Assess risks (e.g., demand changes, weather, crop availability, quality issues) and reasons for changes, including supply chain hot spots and bright spots.
  3. Lead alignment among stakeholders for GS WG decisions and solutions that add value to the business and suppliers. Identify cost savings and productivity through best practices.
  4. Manage and run the Global Market Development and Access Working Group across sectors to:
    • Develop and keep an up-to-date overview of market access, including current potato tariffs and non-tariff barriers in PepsiCo markets. Stay informed on recent tariff and policy changes and their business impacts. Monitor high-priority macro policy and political events that could affect us.
    • Create action plans with stakeholders like PepsiCo Public and Government Affairs and BUs to gain or keep market access in key markets.
    • Handle special projects to provide market access solutions for commercial and seed volumes, and improve understanding of global market supply dynamics and commercial modeling.
  5. Collaborate with sectors and BU agriculture teams to promote scalable global standards, policies, best practices, and technologies identified through the working groups.
  6. Work in cross-functional teams to deliver supply and market access productivity projects. Use data and analytics for analysis, develop new tools for value, and drive decisions with data tools.
  7. Partner with PepsiCo teams like PPGA, R&D, and Sector/BU teams to monitor and complete registration actions, such as country variety registrations.

Qualifications
