Main Purpose of the Position
Handle all administrative tasks effectively in the administration department.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Knowledge of AS400 is an advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in a trade branch is recommended
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Strong communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English
- Good numerical ability
- Good organizational skills
- Good sales skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain administration records
- Manage daily fuel records
- Process claims
- Handle client orders
- Prepare invoices and journals
