Job Description

Job Objectives:

  • Perform all point-of-sale tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Scan items correctly, process payments, and apply clubcard rewards without errors.
  • Handle cash securely at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members to meet targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
  • Provide top customer service by being friendly, professional, and visible in the store.
  • Complete merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store standards.
  • Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to give accurate information to customers.

Knowledge:

  • Basic math skills.
  • Background in retail or fast-moving consumer goods, including merchandising and promotions.
  • Understanding of stock management.
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service.
