Job Summary
Clover is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the Brand Manager. This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and managing budgets to grow and maintain brand consistency.
Requirements
- BCom Honours in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
- We seek a bold individual ready to handle a major brand. Being organized and timely is essential.
- Fluent in Business English.
- Intermediate computer literacy.

Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Assist in positioning the brand consistently across all consumer touchpoints.
Marketing Campaigns
- Help plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, above-the-line, below-the-line).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and reports.
- Manage timelines and work with agencies, designers, and suppliers to deliver quality marketing materials.
Product Management
- Assist in new product development, packaging design, and innovation projects.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure timely launches.
- Monitor product performance and pricing in the market.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research and track consumer trends.
- Gather and analyze feedback to support decision-making.
- Provide insights to improve brand positioning and engagement.
Sales & Trade Support
- Work with sales teams to develop trade promotions and in-store activations.
- Support key account management with product information, sales materials, and promotional ideas.
- Track competitor activity at the retail level.
Brand Performance Tracking
- Monitor key performance indicators such as market share, sales performance, brand awareness, and return on investment.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the business.
- Track advertising and promotional spending against the budget.
Administrative & Project Support
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
- Organize brand events, launches, and sponsorships.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all platforms.
