Requirements
- National Senior Certificate.
- Basic knowledge of administration processes.
- Good communication skills, numeracy, computer literacy, and ability to work with data.
- Self-motivated person with a positive attitude.
Duties
- Provide administrative support services.
- Capture and update data on computer systems.
- Generate spreadsheets and reports.
- Update systems with all relevant data sets.
- Validate data to ensure it is correct, complete, and consistent.
- Compile routine statistical information and reports.
- Receive, register, and track records or documents for processing.
- Capture routine transactions, such as transferring information from manual records to electronic documents.
- Provide routine administrative maintenance services.
- Update and file records.
- Continuously update information on computer for reporting purposes.
- Maintain the DHIS database.
- Retrieve required information as needed.
