Responsibilities

• You will help with basic food preparation, assist chefs in serving and presenting food, and keep the kitchen clean to Hollywoodbets standards.
• You will also handle kitchen stock counts and ensure stock is stored properly.

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage.

Your Role in the Team

• Wear the proper uniform that meets health and safety rules and Hollywoodbets standards.
• Clean food preparation areas, equipment, and surfaces to keep everything safe and hygienic.
• Check kitchen stock like food and spices. Suggest when to defrost items.
• Keep stock organized in the right places like shelves and freezers.
• Rotate stock and throw away expired food as waste.
• Store leftover food from the day before properly for later use.
• Prepare ingredients for chefs based on menu standards.
• Serve orders using the correct portion sizes as requested.
• Prepare and serve orders quickly for great customer service.
• Present food to meet Hollywoodbets standards.
• Report any broken or faulty equipment that affects operations.
• Inform the chef about low stock items.
• Report all waste and breakages during your shift.
• Clean kitchen tools, surfaces, floors, and walls as needed.
• Leave the kitchen clean and tidy for the next shift.
• Keep the kitchen area clean at all times.
• Conduct kitchen stock counts.
• Handle other tasks as required.
