Job Description

Vans is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, boost sales with strong product knowledge and styling tips, and keep visual merchandising up to Vans brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers, handle transactions, restock shelves, and create a positive, energetic store atmosphere.
  • Act as a strong brand ambassador who lives the company’s values and culture.
  • Show proven sales skills with a history of great customer experiences.
  • Be driven by key performance indicators (KPIs) and focused on results.
  • Have a real interest in streetwear, sneakers, extreme sports, and youth culture.
  • Be available to work weekends and during retail holidays.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar brand.
  • 1 year of sales experience.
  • Motivated and positive attitude.
  • Passion for the brand.
