Key Performance Areas

  • Archive payment vouchers, process and handle payment enquiries, and respond to clients’ questions about payments.
  • Help with creditors’ reconciliations, record goods received on the system after manual receipt, maintain the payment register, and update it daily.

Prerequisites

  • A qualification at NQF level 4 (Grade 12) or an equivalent recognized by SAQA.

Person Profile

  • Strong communication and listening skills, good interpersonal relationships, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Skills in conflict management, policy analysis, and interpretation.
  • Report writing abilities, problem-solving and analytical thinking, honesty, confidentiality, and customer care skills.
