Job Description

Key Objectives:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by being visible in the store and proactive in addressing customer needs, using knowledge of health and supplements.
• Consult with customers and recommend appropriate healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
• Boost healthcare sales to meet targets by promoting various brands through cross-selling and upselling to improve profitability.
• Maintain stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management procedures to support sales.
• Reduce wastage in your area by applying stock rotation principles.
• Minimize stock losses by adhering to all risk management policies.
• Keep high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Support product merchandising by following guidelines and procedures.
• Follow all store standard operating procedures.
• Ensure smooth service by focusing on your development, product knowledge, and sharing information with relief staff.

Minimum Requirements

Job Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products.
• Basic understanding of retail operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.

Job-Related Skills:

• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Customer and service orientation.
• Selling skills.
• Merchandising skills.
• Basic computer literacy (desirable).

Job Experience:

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with sports nutrition and vitamin products.
• Selling skills and customer-related training.

Education:

• Matric certificate (50% in pure or literal subjects).
• English at 50% level.
• Pass in Life Science or Physics (desirable).
• Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification (desirable).
