Job Purpose:

  • To coordinate field and control staff to handle all planned and unplanned outages.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Manage the entire shift coordination.
  • Ensure effective dispatching of staff.
  • Take active steps during emergency situations.
  • Participate in resolving outage queries.
  • Help in transferring skills and knowledge to others.
  • Supervise staff members.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Trade Tested Artisan (Electrician).
  • NTC6 in electrical engineering from a Further Education and Training College registered with the Department of Education.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the electricity transmission and distribution industry.
