CIPC, a member of the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (dtic), is committed to youth skills development. We offer graduates opportunities to gain practical work experience to build on their studies. We invite applications for our 24-month Internship Programme. Interns will be based at our Sunnyside Office in Pretoria.

What is an Internship?

As approved by Cabinet in December 2002, this is a public service graduate work experience programme for unemployed graduates. It provides workplace exposure and a chance to apply the skills learned in studies to real-world tasks.

Who Can Apply?

  • Unemployed South African graduates from higher education institutions who have completed a degree or diploma.
  • Graduates with no prior work experience.
  • Graduates who have never participated in an internship programme before.
  • Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.

Job Requirements

  • BTech, BCom, or B Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or an equivalent qualification.
