Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the Credit Manager and maintain an accurate debtors’ book.

Requirements

• Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject (essential).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (advantage if in finance or administration).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the capital lending process to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in collecting overdue accounts.
• Help process payments to suppliers, member funds, and shareholder loans from GWK producers.
• Prepare check requests, orders, and expense authorizations with high accuracy.
• Handle day-to-day office administration tasks.
• Prepare debtor and ledger journals.
• Perform month-end procedures to close the debtors’ accounts monthly.
• Resolve client queries professionally and patiently.
• Build positive relationships with clients.

Skills Required

• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for handling client inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Financial administration experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Customer service focus to foster good relationships with clients and teams.
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel, Outlook, and accounting systems.
