Job Summary:

The Night Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the hospital during night shifts. This role ensures a safe and secure environment for all patients, staff, and visitors. In the absence of other managers, the Night Supervisor handles all key operational activities. This includes following company policies, procedures, and all relevant legal requirements. The position also involves mentoring, training, and developing night staff to build their skills.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree or diploma in Nursing.

  • Updated certifications in ACLS, PALS, ATLS, or BLS.
  • At least 5 years of experience at a managerial or supervisory level.

  • Carry out regular rounds in the wards. Check equipment, perform audits, and inspect the patient environment to ensure everything is safe and clean.
