Purpose of the Role:

To deliver high-quality cabinetry with precision and care, from assembly to installation. This role calls for excellent craftsmanship and a professional attitude when representing the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install custom joinery and cabinetry based on design plans.
  • Read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Complete all installations to the highest standards.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe on-site.
  • Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Solve problems practically with a focus on finding solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in cabinetry and joinery installation.
  • Solid knowledge of cabinetry assembly and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and good at working in a team.
  • Awareness of health and safety in workshops and on sites.
  • Honest, professional, and skilled in client communication.
  • Willing to put in extra effort for perfect results.
  • Own transport is a plus.
