Key Objectives:

• Efficiently handle all point-of-sale tasks in a quick and accurate way.
• Scan items correctly and process payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Manage cash safely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard actively and sign up new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and help them save money.
• Provide top-notch customer service as a brand representative, staying approachable and professional.
• Carry out merchandising and housekeeping tasks to meet store and visual standards.
• Support the company’s goal to be the top choice for health and beauty retail by embracing its values.
• Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to give accurate advice to customers.

Knowledge Required:

• Background in retail or fast-moving consumer goods, including merchandising and promotions

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing role in retail or fast-moving consumer goods store operations

Education:

• Essential: Grade 12
• Preferred: 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level
