Job Description:
The Regional Manager is responsible for improving sales and giving customers a great shopping experience in all stores in the Cape Town region.
Main Duties:

Visit stores regularly to check performance and support Store Managers.

Review reports and set clear goals to help stores meet Lovisa’s standards.

Communicate clearly with your team through calls, written plans, and meetings.

Train, guide, and develop your team to help them grow in their roles.

Hire passionate team members who love working with customers.

Reduce costs by planning staff schedules effectively.

Prevent losses by making sure all team members follow store security rules and best practices.
Requirements:
-
At least 3 years of management experience in retail or sales/customer service.

Experience managing multiple stores in a busy environment.
-
Strong understanding of customer service and how to improve it.
-
Willingness to travel locally or internationally when needed.

Must live in Cape Town.
