- Participate in equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Maintain safety standards and emergency procedures
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to equipment renewal strategies
Requirements
- Valid occupational trade certification
- 4+ years of practical experience
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards
- Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication abilities
