About the Role
We seek passionate beauty enthusiasts to provide expert product advice and exceptional customer service in our Blu Hills store. Ideal candidates will combine product knowledge with sales skills to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Drive sales through product promotions and cross-selling
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends and product innovations
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service as brand ambassador
- Process new customer loyalty program enrollments
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Essential)
- Beauty/skincare qualification (Preferred)
- Retail/FMCG experience (Advantageous)
- Proven sales ability and customer service skills
- Strong product knowledge in beauty/skincare
