Position Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient point-of-sale operations, merchandising, and promotional activities to enhance shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately at checkout stations
- Handle cash securely and balance registers
- Promote Clicks loyalty program and enroll new members
- Highlight current promotions to boost sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Provide product information and store guidance
- Keep updated on stock availability and promotions
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Basic numeracy and computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation
Preferred:
- 1+ year retail experience
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Understanding of retail promotions
