Position Summary:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 Managing Executives while coordinating office operations and special projects in Johannesburg.
Key Details:
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Minimum Education: Matric + Secretarial Certification
• Experience Required: 5-8 years (3+ years supporting C-suite executives)
• Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
• Department: Administration
Core Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
• Manage complex calendars & travel arrangements (local/international)
• Prepare/edit executive communications & meeting materials
• Handle confidential correspondence & document management
Financial Administration:
• Process expense reports & budget tracking
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX documentation
• Coordinate payment reconciliations
Operational Management:
• Organize company events & workshops
• Maintain office systems & procedures
• Support health/safety compliance
Required Qualifications:
• National Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• SAP EVO experience (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license
