Role: Assistant Director: Recruitment, Selection and Service Benefits
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: R468,459 per annum

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3+ years HR experience with focus on recruitment & employee benefits
  • Proven track record in public sector HR regulations implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • Public Service Act & Regulations
    • Employment Equity Act
    • Basic Conditions of Employment Act

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment team operations and service benefits administration
  • Develop staff retention strategies and HR policies
  • Oversee employee benefits programs:
    • Leave management
    • Pension and medical schemes
    • Relocation support
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with personnel screening requirements
