Position Overview
We seek passionate beauty enthusiasts to provide expert advice, drive sales, and maintain our beauty department standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare/beauty consultations
- Achieve monthly sales targets through product promotion
- Manage stock, displays, and department cleanliness
- Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Promote Clicks loyalty programs and private label products
Requirements
Essential:
- Matric Certificate
- Customer service orientation
Preferred:
- Beauty/skincare certification
- Retail/FMCG experience
