**Job Overview**
As a Young Professional-in-Training, you will participate in a structured 24-month development programme. Your progress will be assessed every six months to ensure the programme meets both your and Transnet’s expectations. This role is ideal for graduates with no prior work experience in their field of study.

- Participate in a two-year graduate development programme.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (NQF Level 6 or higher).
- No prior work experience is required.
- Must be a South African citizen.
