Position: Shop Assistant/Cashier (2 Positions)

Clicks Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp

Basic Information:

Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Experience Level: Entry-level (Retail experience beneficial)
Department: Sales & Retail Operations

Core Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately at checkout
• Maintain cash handling procedures and till management
• Promote and enroll customers in loyalty programs
• Share information about current promotions
• Maintain store presentation standards
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

Required Qualifications

Essential:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Basic math skills (minimum 50% in Matric math)
• English proficiency (minimum 50% in Matric English)

Preferred Skills:

• Customer service experience
• Retail merchandise knowledge
• Basic computer literacy
