Position Summary:

We seek a flexible retail professional to maintain premium shopping experiences, ensure operational excellence, and support sales success in our luxury footwear environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

• Manage cash desk operations with no discrepancies
• Execute daily banking procedures accurately
• Process manual transactions efficiently

Inventory Management:

• Maintain stock organization in storage areas
• Conduct weekly stock audits
• Coordinate customer order fulfillment
• Ensure proper product pairing and presentation

Customer Engagement:

• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
• Deliver personalized service to build client relationships
• Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate (mandatory)
• 6-12 months retail experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence
