Position Overview:
We seek a motivated individual with bindery experience to join our Montague Gardens facility. This hands-on role supports production operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machine setup and changeovers
- Operate binding machinery for quality output
- Manage product packing and material handling
- Maintain strict safety standards
- Perform general workshop maintenance
Requirements:
Essential:
- Grade 12 certificate
- 1-2 years’ bindery experience
- Physical fitness for manual tasks
- Availability for shift work
Preferred:
- Folding/guillotine machine skills
- Forklift license
- Basic computer literacy
