Position Overview:

We seek a motivated individual with bindery experience to join our Montague Gardens facility. This hands-on role supports production operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist machine setup and changeovers
  • Operate binding machinery for quality output
  • Manage product packing and material handling
  • Maintain strict safety standards
  • Perform general workshop maintenance

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • 1-2 years’ bindery experience
  • Physical fitness for manual tasks
  • Availability for shift work

Preferred:

  • Folding/guillotine machine skills
  • Forklift license
  • Basic computer literacy
