Qualifications Required
- MBChB degree with postgraduate diploma in Occupational Medicine
- HPCSA registration and professional body membership
Essential Requirements
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Proven experience in occupational health supervision
- Current computer literacy skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of health legislation
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement medical surveillance programs
- Conduct pre-employment and occupational health assessments
- Manage occupational disease cases per COID Act
- Develop health policies and procedural guidelines
- Supervise clinic operations and staff performance
- Provide expert medical advisory services
- Evaluate workplace health risk assessments
