Position Overview

Job Title: Director: Construction Sector Analysis
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Salary: R1,266,714 per annum (all-inclusive package)
Job Type: Full Time

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Law, Built Environment, Policy Development, or related field
  • 5 years’ experience at Middle/Senior Management level
  • Expertise in policy analysis, legislative frameworks, and construction sector dynamics

  • Policy development & implementation
  • Construction industry regulations & standards
  • Public Finance Management Act compliance

Essential Skills:

  • Strategic planning & decision-making
  • Data analysis & reporting

  • Develop and implement construction sector policies
