Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Property/Built Environment, Management Science, Behavioral Science, or Law
- 5+ years senior management experience
- Proven experience in property/asset management and construction
- Knowledge of PFMA, government budgeting, and public service regulations
Essential Skills
- Financial and construction management
- Advanced strategic planning and reporting
- Stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Team leadership and policy development
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regional office operations and budget management
- Implement infrastructure projects and BEE initiatives
- Manage government property assets and office allocations
- Coordinate intergovernmental programs and service delivery
- Develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies
