Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Property/Built Environment, Management Science, Behavioral Science, or Law
  • 5+ years senior management experience
  • Proven experience in property/asset management and construction
  • Knowledge of PFMA, government budgeting, and public service regulations

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional office operations and budget management
  • Implement infrastructure projects and BEE initiatives

  • Coordinate intergovernmental programs and service delivery
  • Develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies
