Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through promotions and cross-selling initiatives
  • Manage daily store operations including stock control and expense management
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Support staff training and performance management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and loyalty program engagement
  • Handle administrative tasks including staff scheduling and reporting
