Essential Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Social Science, Labour Relations, or Labour Law
- Advanced Diploma in Labour Law/Relations preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years supervisory experience in unionized environments
- Thorough understanding of CCMA/bargaining council procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations processes and policy implementation
- Develop strategies to achieve workplace relations objectives
- Facilitate leadership coaching on labor relations matters
- Represent organization in dispute resolutions (CCMA, Labour Court)
- Monitor workplace climate and risk factors
- Enforce compliance with labor agreements and regulations
- Analyze conflict situations and recommend resolution strategies
