Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to management team
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence
  • Prepare documents and maintain filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings (scheduling, minutes, logistics)
  • Process travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and invoicing
