Qualifications:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Operations Management/Public Administration/Business Management/Financial Accounting or related field
Experience Required:
- 5 years’ relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years functional experience + 3 years at Assistant Director level
- Experience in operations/insurance environment essential
Key Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong operational management skills
- Financial administration expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employer services and assessment operations
- Manage appeals/complaints resolution process
- Supervise financial administration and reporting
- Coordinate general support and registry services
- Lead human, financial and asset management
