Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet every customer promptly within 30 seconds of entry
• Provide expert product advice and styling recommendations
• Process transactions efficiently and suggest complementary items

Store Operations

• Maintain inventory accuracy through daily stock checks
• Keep merchandise organized and presentation-ready
• Assist with opening/closing procedures

Team Development

• Complete quarterly training modules
• Participate in monthly performance reviews
• Progress through Crocs Rookie development program

Candidate Requirements

• Matric certificate/equivalent qualification
• Retail experience (footwear industry advantage)
• Flexibility for weekend/peak period shifts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
